Homemade Nut And Seed Bread Recipe

Today I share one of my favorite bread recipes with you, may it nourish you and your family.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup sunflower flour
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds / linseeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsps. psyllium husk
  • 2 tsps. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Crack of sea salt
  • 100g butter melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water warm

Method

Combine all the dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse roughly (just enough to break the seeds into smaller pieces). Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl.

Combine the melted butter, apple cider vinegar and eggs together in a separate bowl then add the warm water and whisk well. Combine the dry and wet ingredients then stir until smooth. Leave to rest for 10 minutes for the mixture to thicken.

Scoop into a greased mini loaf tin or shape as you like on greased baking paper. Bake at 180 for 35 – 45 minutes.

Insert a skewer or toothpick into the center of the bread. If it comes out clean its done. Cool completely before slicing.
