Umrah visa extended to 3 months for all pilgrims

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced the extension of Umrah visa to three months for pilgrims from all over the world, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah made this announcement during his two-day official visit to Tashkent where the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the Saudi minister at the conclusion of the Dr. Al-Rabiah’s visit.

Recently, the Haj and Umrah ministries launched a unified electronic platform Nusuk to be the new Saudi gateway to Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Madinah Al-Munawwarah.

The new platform aims to facilitate the arrival of pilgrims from all over the world, facilitate the procedures for issuing visit and Umrah visas electronically, and enrich the religious and cultural experience of pilgrims by preparing religious and historical sites in the Kingdom to visit.
